Discharge Program
Danbury Pharmacy can deliver prescriptions to patients being discharged from Danbury Hospital upon request. Simply fax the patient’s face sheet, prescriptions, and a copy of the patient’s prescription insurance card.
If patient does not have their insurance card readily available, we can call their regular pharmacy to obtain this information. We can accept payment in cash, check, or credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover).
