Basic Emergency Medical Technician
Successful completion of the Danbury Hospital EMT-Basic course qualifies the student to take the National Registry written and practical exams to receive Connecticut and National EMT-B certification
Emergency Training Resources far exceeds the requirements for state and national EMS programs. We give you more hands on experience and follow it up with real world practice in the Emergency Department and working on the City of Danbury ambulances with our EMT's and Paramedics.
As a member of the EMS team, you can make a difference. During your EMT training, you will gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities that are essential in becoming a valuable component of the Emergency Health Care System.
Three months, 140 contact hours Includes ambulance clinical rotation
Personal check, bank check, money order or municipal purchase orders acceptable. Payment must be submitted in full before the first week of the program.
