Dr. Passik is the Chief of
Cardiothoracic Surgery at The
Praxair Regional Heart and Vascular Center at Danbury Hospital. He joined
Danbury Hospital from Yale New Haven Hospital where he was Associate Section Chief
of Cardiac Surgery and a Clinical Instructor in Surgery at the Yale University School
of Medicine.
Dr. Passik and his team have a rare advantage – longevity. This works to the benefit
of all and enables the Center to rival urban medical centers. “Working with the
same team every day gives us the advantage of getting better and better at what
we do. People don’t realize what is being done here. We have the technical skill,
coordinated care and outcomes to support our standing as one of the nation’s leading
cardiac surgery centers.”
