Dr. Shahabi is the Chair, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Biology and the Chair of the Reproductive Tumor Biology Research Laboratory at The Danbury Hospital Biomedical Research Institute. Dr. Shahabi specializes in laparoscopic, robotic and open surgical procedures.
Using a multidisciplinary approach to care, Dr. Shahabi and her team deliver outcomes that exceed national benchmarks. She is involved in multiple research projects at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Danbury Hospital and is the author and co-author of numerous publications.
