At New Milford Hospital, we want to provide the best possible service to our patients. In order to do that we need to know what we're doing right and what needs improvement. This means we must depend on our patients to keep us informed.
Press Ganey Associates assists us in this endeavor by mailing surveys, calculating returns and developing extensive quarterly reports. In addition, Press Ganey provides many services that enable us to follow trends, receive important information on healthcare initiatives, and continually review department performance.
We encouarge all patients to complete these surveys to help assess and evaluate our progress in delivering inpatient and emergency care, One Day Surgery and services at our Regional Cancer Center.
