Healing Hearts Offers Four Part Workshop on Life After Loss
A four-part workshop for adults who have had a loved one die is being offered, at no cost, on Wednesdays, May 5, 12, 26 and June 2 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at The Jewish Federation in Southbury located at 444 Main Street North. “Rebuilding Your Life After Loss” is a beneficial workshop that looks at reactions to loss and how to move forward while experiencing grief. Participants will find insight and learn strategies for working through their grief.
The workshop will be facilitated by Kendall Palladino, MDiv, ACPE, who is director of Bereavement & Spiritual Services for Regional Hospice. He has more than a decade of experiencing supporting people with serious, life-limiting illness and loss. Palladino has degrees from Harvard and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and is pursuing a doctorate at Princeton University.
The Healing Hearts Center for Grieving Children & Families, a program of Regional Hospice, offers numerous support groups, workshops and programs to the public free of cost throughout the year.
