Noted Hospital Finance Leader Appointed as Chief Financial Officer
Western Connecticut Healthcare, a health network comprised of Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital and affiliated organizations, welcomes Steven H. Rosenberg, M.B.A. to the post of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rosenberg comes to Western Connecticut Healthcare with more than thirty years of health care and hospital experience including involvement in successful hospital and system management and integrations, physician initiatives and capital financing for major construction projects.

Mr. Rosenberg will be responsible for overseeing finances at Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital and the affiliates of Western Connecticut Healthcare. “I’m so pleased to be joining this progressive organization, and excited to be working with such a high caliber of physicians, nurses, staff and volunteer leadership. Mr. Rosenberg received his B.S. from the University of Connecticut and his M.B.A. from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the CT Hospital Association Finance Committee, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the University of Connecticut and University of New Haven Alumni Associations. He is a longtime Connecticut resident and lives with his family in New Haven County.
