Women's Club of New Milford Donates Pillows for Patients
The Women’s Club of New Milford is bringing the comforts of home to women undergoing breast surgery at New Milford Hospital. The club’s breast cancer committee sewed a variety of soft, colorful the pillows, donating them to the One-Day Surgery unit for women to use for support and comfort following surgery. Donations to make the pillows came from Club members, as well as from Quilters Corner in New Milford, and Fairfield Processing in Danbury.
