Healing Hearts to Offer Four Part Workshop on Life After Loss
A four-part workshop for adults who have had a loved one die is being offered, at no cost, on Wednesdays, October 20, 27 and November 3, 10 from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at The Jewish Federation in Southbury located at 444 Main Street North.
“Rebuilding Your Life After Loss” is a beneficial series of workshops based upon “healthy” grieving with emphasis on education to guide anyone who has had a personal loss toward more successful rebuilding of their lives. Those who attend will find insight and learn strategies for working through their grief. Participation in all four workshops is recommended.
Workshops will be facilitated by Kendall Palladino, MDiv, ACPE, who is director of Bereavement & Spiritual Services for Regional Hospice. He has more than a decade of experiencing supporting people with serious, life-limiting illness and loss. Palladino has degrees from Harvard and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and is pursuing a doctorate at Princeton University.
