Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

It can help you control your mind and life, making your body and spirit strong through Kriyas which are powerful, beautifying, age defying poses developed for each part of the body and many health problems. Bring peace to yourself in this class and your presence will radiate who you are, as you make this practice part of your life. These classes encompass all levels of yoga by incorporating modifications, and live music is part of each class
Classes begin on Wednesday, January 11 from 5:15 – 6:15 pm for all levels, and are located in the Robison Conference Rooms at New Milford Hospital. There is a fee of $15 for each class and no registration is required.
This class is geared to prepare the mind and body for labor as well as honoring oneself and the parent/child bond through meditation, chant, music and breathing techniques. Dads and new parents are welcome. The class is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, January 11 from 6:15 – 7:15 pm in the Robison Conference Rooms at New Milford Hospital.
