Families Invited to join Eat Smart
New Milford Hospital is again inviting families to participate in Eat Smart, Play Hard, Have Fun. This is an eight-part series designed for families to learn how to plan healthy meals, maintain a healthy weight and stay active as a family. Program includes education fun and support for children and their parents.
The cost for this series is $50 per family. These classes are scheduled for Tuesday evenings, March 22 – May 17 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm, and each class is held at a different location to promote a variety of activities.
