Danbury Hospital Hosts Annual Day-Long EMS Continuing Medical Education Program in October

Wednesday, August 21, 2013 - Danbury, CT

Matthew G. Cassavechia, Director of Danbury Hospital Emergency Medical Services, announces that Danbury Hospital will host a day-long "Connect Life With Learning" EMS continuing medical education (CME) program on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The annual continuing medical education program is free of charge to all EMS providers and takes place in John C. Creasy Center for Health Education Auditorium located on the 5th floor of the Tower Lobby.

Completion of the program fulfills requirements for Western Connecticut Health Network's medical control renewal, and provides an opportunity for EMS providers to meet all CME requirements in one day. A continental breakfast and lunch will also be provided.

Participants must enter and exit Danbury Hospital through the Stroock Building lobby located on the 1st Floor (Main Entrance) at the Praxair Cancer Center. Parking is available in the Red Parking Garage using the Locust Avenue entrance.
