Western Connecticut Home Care Immunization Clinic Expands to Twice a Week

Wednesday, February 27, 2013 - Danbury, CT

Western Connecticut Home Care, Inc. will expand its Immunization Clinic to two days per week. Effective immediately, appointments will be available on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Service is offered BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

Vaccines are available for travel and healthy living including: Hepatitis A for adults and children; Hepatitis B; Haemophilus Influenzae Type b (Hib); Human Papillomavirus (HPV); Meningitis; Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR); Pneumonia; Polio; Tetanus; Tdap (Tetanus with Pertussis/ Whooping Cough); Typhoid; Chicken Pox; Yellow Fever; and Shingles. In addition PPD Tuberculin testing is provided.

Payment is expected at the time of the appointment. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, MasterCard or VISA. Aetna insurance is accepted with presentation of a valid insurance card.

Western Connecticut Home Care Immunization Clinic participates in the Connecticut Vaccine Program (CVP) that provides vaccines to eligible children of all ages as well as adults who require MMR for college entry.
