The Danbury Hospital Sleep Disorders Center was among the first accredited centers in the State of Connecticut devoted to the practice of clinical sleep medicine. With collaborative leadership from its medical and administrative directors, interdisciplinary team of board-certified sleep disorders specialists and consultants, and experienced staff of registered sleep technologists, the Center is acknowledged regionally as a distinguished program in its field.
The American Academy of Sleep Medicine praised the Center for “excellent leadership, exceptional patient management, and highly supportive administration” following its reaccreditation site visit in 2005. In keeping with its strong tradition of excellence, the Center continues to provide the finest medical care by integrating professional experience, advanced medical technology, and proven therapies in a supportive healthcare setting.
