Sleep Disorders Center
The Sleep Disorders Center is staffed by a multidisciplinary team of five board-certified sleep disorders specialists, 14 sleep technologists (nine with BRPT registration), thre nurse practitioners, and an extensive support team of medical assistants and clerical workers.
We also share monthly conferences for consultations and expert advice with doctors from the departments of Neurology, Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Dentistry, and Otolaryngology.
The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) has accredited the Sleep Disorders Center of Danbury Hospital since 1995. It was among the first in the state of Connecticut to receive this status.
