Sleep Disorders Center
The Sleep Disorders Center holds a bi-weekly Sleep Conference during which interesting or challenging cases are discussed in a round-table format. The meeting is composed of medical and technical staff of the Sleep Center and other invited experts from the community. Sleep Conference is also an opportunity to discuss relevant updates in clinical sleep research.
Our sleep specialists are periodically called on to provide community outreach and education. Educational forums, such as the annual Danbury Hospital Town Hall Meeting and other public lectures, have been used historically to disseminate relevant information to the community regarding sleep disorders and the impact of sleep on health. Media outlets, including print, radio, television, and web-based sources, are also utilized whenever possible for the purpose of community outreach.
