A multidisciplinary team of specialists who can mobilize at a moment’s notice are on hand round-the-clock to assist women and their newborns.
Specialized Mother-Baby Care
The team includes obstetricians, maternal-fetal medicine physicians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists and pediatricians, physician assistants, lactation (breastfeeding) specialists and nurses certified in their specialties. Anesthesiologists and board-certified attending physicians are available in labor and delivery 24 hours a day to respond to patient needs.

Our Family Birth Center offers:

Maternal-fetal medicine These physicians specialize in the care of women (before or during pregnancy) with an increased risk for complicated pregnancies and deliveries.

Personalized delivery plans Women work with a team including doctors, registered nurses and certified nurse midwives (midwifery) to determine their preferences and medical needs related to natural delivery, vaginal delivery or C-section. Some women choose to have a doula present during childbirth.

Labor and delivery This comprehensive continuum of services is provided by a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of physicians, registered nurses, certified nurse midwives (midwifery) and doulas.
