Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP)
IOP for all age groups and across all diagnostic categories:
- IOP/(Day Hospital) provides daily to several days per week programming including groups and individual therapy in addition to medication management for patients recently discharged from the hospital or patients requiring more intensive treatment then weekly individual therapy.
- Dual Diagnosis IOP (DDIOP) for patients struggling with both severe mental illnesses in addition to a problem with chemical dependency.
- Behavioral Health IOP (BHIOP) for patients with severe mental illnesses who require more intensive care than weekly treatment.
- Child IOP and Adolescent IOP, committed to working with families, schools and outside agencies in order to provide the most intensive care available to both children and adolescents short of inpatient hospitalization.
We have a variety of clinicians dedicated to providing state of the art cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy.
We have specific groups particularly focusing on patients suffering from both acute and chronic traumatic life experiences.
Our dedicated staff of psychiatrists and nurse practitioners is skilled in the latest medical treatments available so that patients can be confident in receiving state of the art medication management.
Children’s Health and Wellness Center
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health recently partnered with pediatric subspecialties in order to provide for the mental health needs of children and adolescents in a comfortable and attractive setting, Our presence with other specialists such as pulmonologists, endocrinologists and other specialists allow for coordination of care to meet both the medical and emotional needs of children struggling with chronic illnesses.
We have two child and adolescent psychiatrists and two licensed clinical social workers providing a full array of outpatient services including individual, family and group therapy in addition to medication management. We work collaboratively with the pediatric team so that every child’s medical and emotional needs are maximized.

Our staff includes social workers, clinical psychologists, licensed counselors, nurse practitioners and psychiatrists in order to provide the best outpatient care available including individual, couples and medication management.
Electro Convulsive Therapy (ECT)
This state-of-the-art treatment is available on an outpatient basis. It is faster, safer, and more effective than any medication in combating severe types of depression and is available for all patients who require it in a comfortable outpatient setting.
