Agenda Deadlines

As shown above, completed applications are due to the IRB 2 weeks before the meeting. Allow sufficient time to obtain the approvals required for submission, namely the necessary Department Chair and VP service line or Chief Operating Officer approvals. New studies will not be accepted for review without these. We recommend you allow at least a week before the IRB deadline for gathering these signatures prior to submitting your research to the IRB.
