Danbury Hospital conducts high quality, state-of-the-art research, which provides a clearer understanding of causes and treatments for a wide range of common, and not so common, diseases and illnesses. This includes chronic conditions such as cancer and heart disease, as well as common infectious diseases such as Lyme disease.
The goal of our research center is to generate new findings that will reduce the burden of disease for all in our community, including reducing racial, ethnic, and economic disparities in health outcomes.
We thank you for taking the time to learn about the ongoing research being conducted at Danbury Hospital, and invite you to participate in the many opportunities available to be involved in our work.
