Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Training at Danbury Hospital
Danbury Hospital offers a Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program into which we accept two eligible trainees per year. The fact that our doctors teach the cardiologists of tomorrow underscores the depth of cardiovascular expertise that resides here.
Our cardiovascular fellows benefit from learning and working in our busy, leading-edge program where they gain experience treating patients with the full spectrum of cardiovascular diseases. Our fellows are encouraged to think critically and to contribute as integral members of our cardiovascular team. In addition to taking part in a robust clinical program, Danbury Hospital Cardiovascular Fellows devote six months to research and have many opportunities to present at local and national meetings as well as publish original research.
